How to Become a Castle Builders, Inc. Homeowner
Homesite Selection:
A one hundred dollar ($100.00) deposit will reserve a specific homesite for Ten (10) days. During this period, you will be protected from any price increases and your homesite will not be offered for sale. This time will enable you to review house plans and specifications; and to meet with a builder representative to discuss customized options if necessary. In addition, the reservation period will allow the opportunity to review the paperwork relevant to your new home purchase prior to signing your Agreement of Sale. Your deposit is fully refundable any time during the 10 days.
Agreement of Sale:
At this time you will meet with a Sales Representative to sign your Agreement of Sale. When signing the Agreement of Sale to purchase your home, Castle Builders, Inc. requires a five percent (5%) deposit. If most of your equity is in your current residence, you may discuss additional options with our representative.
Mortgage Application:
Application for your mortgage must be made within Ten (10) days of signing the Agreement of Sale. Your Sales Representative will be pleased to assist you in obtaining mortgage information.
